Terms and Conditions

  1. Quotations and Agreements
    All quotations and sales agreements are based on the specified quantities, product descriptions, item conditions, applicable Incoterms, shipping terms, delivery dates, delivery locations, and payment terms outlined in the quotation.
     
  2. Price and Availability
    Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
     
  3. Quoted Quantities
    Quoted prices are valid only for the quantities and total number of items specified in the quotation.
     
  4. Shipping Address Requirements
    Shipping carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Customers must provide a valid physical street address when placing an order.
     
  5. Payment Terms
    Full payment is required prior to shipment. Fees will be added depending on the payment method selected.
     
  6. Returns and Restocking
    All returns require prior authorization and the issuance of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
     
  7. Product Condition and Warranty
    All USED and NEW GENUINE SURPLUS products are sold “AS IS” and without warranty, unless otherwise specified. Outlanders Supplies shall not be responsible for any issues, damages, or repairs required after the sale.
     
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties are disclaimed, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outlanders Supplies makes no guarantee regarding the suitability of any product for the customer’s intended use. This disclaimer does not affect any applicable manufacturer warranty, if provided.
     
  9. Technical Documentation
    Where applicable, customers may be required to provide the corresponding datasheet or technical documentation at the time of purchase in order to qualify for any available manufacturer warranty.
     
  10. Acceptance of Terms
    Acceptance of a quotation, purchase order, or payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
